We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with the doll upon receipt or no longer wish to keep it, you may request a return through our website within 7 calendar days of receiving the doll.

 

7-Day Return Terms and Conditions

1. Buyers must request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Any requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

 

2. If the doll was not shipped incorrectly or damaged, and the packaging remains unopened, we accept returns within 7 calendar days. However, customers are responsible for a 20% restocking fee of the order amount plus the original shipping cost and return shipping cost.

 

3. Product packaging must remain intact. If you need to open the box to inspect the sex doll, do so without removing it from its original packaging to ensure it remains unused, uncontaminated, and in new condition suitable for resale. Items failing to meet resale requirements will not be accepted for return.

 

4. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video showing the complete outer packaging box, original shipping label, and interior contents (if opened). This video serves as return evidence. Alternatively, you may contact us to send clear photos or videos, preferably accompanied by a detailed description, for verification by our review team.

 

5. Buyers must ensure the returned doll and all accessories (e.g., heating rod, wig, clothing, comb, cleaning tools, user manual, etc.) are in good condition. Upon receiving the returned doll, we will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm it meets return requirements, aligns with the product description, and remains in the same excellent condition as when shipped.

 

Please note: If the doll is returned in extremely tight packaging and our team confirms it is “damaged” or “used,” rendering it unsellable (we will provide photos or videos of the inspection results), we will refuse the refund. Similarly, if the product is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, we will not issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

 

6. When returning a doll, ensure both the inner and outer packaging boxes are undamaged. If damaged, you must replace it with an undamaged box. If you forcefully use a damaged box for return shipping, the doll may sustain further damage during transit, and we will be unable to process a refund.

 

7. Our 7-day return policy applies only to orders shipped from local warehouses (including US, EU, UK, and California warehouses) to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU countries, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Israel, Australia, South Korea, and Japan.

Important Note: All custom and personalized orders, or orders from other countries, are not eligible for returns.

 

How to Request a 7-Day Return?

1. If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product or no longer needs it after receiving it, please contact us promptly and provide clear photos and videos of the product for inspection and approval.

 

2. Upon our approval, buyers may return the doll to our local warehouse. Since our warehouse does not accept cash-on-delivery packages, buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

 

3. After mailing the package, please provide the tracking number for verification.

 

4. Once our staff receives the package and confirms everything is in order, we will process your refund immediately.
