The Doll will be packed in a tight, study, moisture-proof carton, and there will be no information indicating that it is a doll. 100% privacy protection. Please note that customs agents may open your doll box for inspection and determine the import tax for overseas customers.

 

FREE SHIPPING 

 

We provide worldwide free and discreet delivery service, mainly to North America and Asia. However, due to import laws and regulations and certain restrictions, we will not ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Africa or Iraq.

 

Note: If you can accept an additional shipping cost of $500, we can send our realistic sex dolls to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, etc. Please contact us for more details.

 

CUSTOMS TAXES

 

For packages sent to United States, the UK, and EU countries, we usually include tax in the postage, so for most cases, you do not need to pay tax.

 

For parcels sent to Mexico, Canada, or other European countries outside the EU, customers generally need to cooperate with customs clearance and pay taxes independently. Usually, we will try our best to help our customers reduce their customs duties.

 

For orders from remote countries or regions (such as Ecuador), after confirming the factory photos and before shipping, customers need to pay $300-$500 in advance for customs fees, which can be refunded after the customer clears customs properly. This is for dolls that are difficult to contact the customer at the time of customs clearance and are returned.

 

Important Notice for UK Customers: Sex dolls shipped from SexDollTech’s overseas warehouses (such as Europe, the US, or Canada) require customers to complete all customs clearance procedures independently. Orders shipped directly from our UK local warehouse or Chinese factory do not require customers to handle customs clearance procedures themselves.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME 

 

For customized dolls, it normally takes 1-2 weeks from the date of order for your doll to be manufactured and shipped.Please kindly note that, for all customization orders, we will not accept cancellations or refunds once production has begun.

 

Before shipping, we will confirm the relevant information about the doll with the buyer. We can provide two shipping options for you to choose from:

 

1. Standard sea/rail transportation to the United States takes approximately 30 working days, and to Europe, it’s around 45 working days.
2. Expedited air transportation to the United States has an average delivery time of 5-10 working days, while shipping to European countries typically takes 10-15 working days. Please note that you are responsible for the additional cost of air transportation.

 

For dolls in stock, it normally takes 2-5 business days. There may be exceptions.

 

Note: For local customers purchasing products from local warehouses, the average delivery time is 2-5 business days. However, if the product is not purchased from a local warehouse or if there is no local warehouse available, shipping will be done via sea freight, which takes approximately 30-35 business days for delivery.

 

Due to traffic, weather and other force majeure factors, delivery time may be delayed, please refer to the actual arrival time.

 

Also products shipped from non-local warehouses require customs clearance action, which may also extend the arrival time. Before shipping, we can take photos to confirm the completeness and correctness of the product if customers need it. We will only ship the product after the customers confirm approval. A parcel tracking number will be provided within 1-2 business days of approval being received.

 

Our goal is to ship all products as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your new doll. However, please note that even if your dolls are pre-configured, it will take some time to complete your order.

 

If you have any special request, for instance, you want her to be delivered on Saturdays or a time on weekdays, or you want to pick her up from the local post office instead. Please leave a note during checkout. Typically, our sex doll delivery partner will give you a call to notify you before they arrive at your doorstep.

ORDER TRACKING

 

Your parcel will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, or UPS. We will send you a tracking number via email once we ship the doll. For this reason, please provide us with your correct contact information.

 

Orders shipped from our China factories (by sea or by road) will only be provided with a valid and searchable tracking number once the goods have arrived at our overseas warehouse and have been dispatched from the warehouse.

 

Until then, please understand that since the goods are in transit, no separate tracking number can be provided for customers during this period.

 

PICK UP AVAILABLE

 

You can pick it up at a FedEx(UPS) location, but for the protection of both of us, you need to accept the following terms:

 

  1. Follow the Tracking Status:
    UPS or FedEx will send you an arrival notification automatically. You should pay attention to the shipment when it arrives at your local FedEx or UPS Station, then please contact FedEx/UPS station to arrange pick up.
  2. Leave a Note on the Cart Page:
    While you are on the checkout page, please leave a note on the order notes or email us. Fill in the address of your local pick-up FedEx/UPS Station when leaving a note or emailing us, please. We’ll process the rest.
  3. Pick up within 3 Days:
    We suggest that customers pick up their package at FedEx/UPS station within 3 days of arrival. If the package is returned because it was not picked up in time, you will need to pay the shipping and return shipping fees and a 20% handling fee. Hope you can understand, thank you.

 

CHECK AND ACCEPT YOUR PARCEL 

 

We suggest you inspect each item if your parcel arrives with any damage. Even if the carton looks good from the outside, it is recommended that you open each unit to inspect it. Take photos or videos as proof if needed. This should be done in front of the deliveryman because once the deliveryman leaves, it is too late.

 

If the bill of lading or driver does not allow you to open the parcel for inspection before signing, you must carefully inspect the carton and pay attention to any damage, regardless of size. If you see any holes or damage to the carton, you must put the damaged parcel aside unopened for the carrier’s inspector to inspect and ask the delivery person for the local phone number you can contact.

 

If you discover any damage in the future, you are solely responsible for filing a claim. In this case, you must immediately contact the freight terminal for further instructions or call the shipping company’s customer service center for help.

Claims and Procedures for Lost Packages

 

What should you do if your package shows as delivered or signed for, but you haven’t actually received it? We’ll analyze two specific scenarios.

 

1. Customers without shipping insurance:


If your sex doll package shows as delivered in the tracking information but you haven’t received it, immediately contact the courier company or logistics provider, such as FedEx or UPS. Submit relevant evidence to file a complaint and claim for the lost package. These actions are typically handled through the courier’s official website or customer support department.

 

Once you receive the official lost package receipt or confirmation letter from the courier company, send it to the SexDollTech customer service team email ([email protected]). We will fully cooperate by providing all necessary supporting documents, including shipping records and package details, to assist you in advancing the claim process.

2. Customers with Purchased Shipping Insurance

 

If your sex doll package is lost within 3 calendar days after the logistics tracking information shows “Delivered” or “Signed For,” immediately contact SexDollTech Customer Service and your insurance company.

 

The claim procedure is as follows:

 

a. Request an official lost package receipt or proof from FedEx, UPS, or the relevant logistics provider.

b. Please send the receipt for the lost package and any relevant supporting documents to [email protected] within 3 calendar days. Our team will contact the insurance company as soon as possible (within business days) and ask them to assist you in submitting the necessary claim information.

 

c. Once the claim is approved by the insurance company, compensation will be processed immediately to minimize any inconvenience or loss.
