Note:
1.The price includes the following: 3D design fees, mold production fees, and either one custom head or one fully customized sex doll, depending on the selected customization option, as well as sea freight shipping costs.
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply if the completed doll is exceptionally large or heavy and cannot be shipped through standard sea or rail freight methods, or if the delivery address is located in a remote area. Any extra charges will be used to cover the increased logistics and transportation costs.
2. For all custom orders, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once production has begun.
3.Once the 3D model has been approved, any customer-requested modifications will incur a $200 remodeling fee.
4.Before shipment, we will provide factory photos of the customer’s custom sex doll for confirmation. If the customer does not respond after three confirmation attempts, we will consider this as implied approval and proceed with shipping.
5.Customers placing orders for 1:1 custom realistic dolls must confirm that they have obtained all necessary legal authorization for any reference images submitted. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all provided materials comply with applicable laws and regulations. Any claims, disputes, legal liabilities, or losses resulting from unauthorized, infringing, or improperly obtained images shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
